Canada used to be a sending nation to the rest of the world.   Many of the missionaries came from here to go to Africa, South America, Asia and beyond. Today however, Canada is considered to be a post-Christian nation. That means we used to be a Christian nation, but we are no longer.    Statistics still claim that Canada has a large Christian percentage of people, however the average person who claims to be a believer is making that claim based on an infant baptism, or a family association with the church, not on their own personal relationship with a risen Savior.   African nations are now sending their missionaries to us! We want to see that change!
